With the Spring Sephora sale here, I thought sharing the beauty picks from friends would be fun. I texted a few friends to see what they’re getting from the sale and what they recommend. I put it all together on my ShopMy shop, but I’ll briefly break it down here.

Skin Care

SK-II Pitera Facial Treatment Mask – I received this as a gift from SK-II and I’m so excited to try it. It goes on this Sephora list because the second I shared that I had received it, a friend told me that she SWEARS by them! They’re pricey so the Sephora sale is the time to grab them. I should note that I have been using the SK-II essence for YEARS and it has Pitera in it which is the same as these masks. These masks have an entire bottle’s worth of serum in them. WILD.

Olehenriksen Banana Bright + Vitamin CC Eye Sticks – I’ve heard great things about this from many people and a friend reminded me about them for sale. I have the Banana Bright Creme and asked her what the difference is. The creme is clear but the stick covers up the dark circles.

Sunday Riley B3 Nice Niaciminide – I recommended this to a friend. When I was going through some skin flare-ups last year I noticed a huge difference when I used this. I lost it on a trip and noticed my skin flare up again when I stopped using it.

Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm – I think we all know that this is a cult favorite at this point with how often it’s sold out. I have yet to try and I think the time is now. Speaking of balm, same friend who recommended this also mentioned the Laneige balm in Sweet Candy.

The Ordinary Azelaic Acid – The Ordinary is probably the highest skincare quality brand you can get at a budget price point. A friend has this in her cart. I had to look up what it’s for and looks like it’s good for brightening the skin.

Dieux Air Angel Collagen & Peptide Hydrating Gel Cream – this was recommended from a friend and on my list to try for awhile. If I had to narrow down my cart to 3 things, I think this would be one of those.

Dr. Dennis Gross Vitamin C – Dr. Dennis Gross has been a go to in most skin care cabinets for a long time, but there’s a resurgence happening here because this was one of the most popular brands that was recommended.

Dr. Dennis Gross Intense Wrinkle Cream – My friend who recommended this one said it turned her skin around in just 3 days and that she’s also adding the Dewy Deep Cream into her routine.

Dr. Dennis Gross Daily Peel Pads – I used these in college and they never led me astray so I’m like why not go back to what worked? I’ve used the Goop version too and really liked them. As I type that I realize I have some in my cupboard.

Hair Care

Color Wow Dream Coat Spray – This was a Sephora Sale recommendation I have shared for a long time now. It humidity-proofs your hair. For it to work, you do need to follow the directions to a tee though.

Color Wow Style on Steroids Texturizing Spray – Another recommendation from me, but was really a recommendation I got from watching Mary Orton’s hair tutorial. If it’s good enough for her hair tutorial, it’s good enough for all of us!

Makeup

Summer Fridays Skin Tint – this is one that I recommended to a friend. I have been wearing this for amount a month and I swear my skin looks better the next day, which is probably from the skincare ingredients in it like Squalane and Hyaluronic Acid. I’ve heard great things about the Westman Atelier Skin Tint as well and it’s tempting to try but I’m going to hold off until I finish the Summer Fridays one.

Nudestix blush – Nudestix blushes are my absolute favorite. A lot of them look super pigmented and kind of scary but I promise they go on looking great. My next purchase is going to be in the shade Picante which I think is what Sophia Richie wore for her wedding makeup.

Kosas Wet Lip Oil Peptide Lip Treatment – One of my best friends suggested this one in the shade ‘Unbuttoned’. She said it’s super flattering. This has been on my list to try for a while. I’m pretty sure I saw Paige Desorbo use it and I was like enough said, adding to the list.

Westman Atelier Face Trace Cream Contour Stick – Another recommendation from a friend and something that I own already! I have the mini version and it has lasted me forever. If you’re on the fence, get the mini because it really does last.

Haus Labs by Lady Gaga Foundation – Almost every single person I asked for a recommendation, mentioned the Haus Labs Foundation. This includes a friend whose makeup always looks SO good. The Haus Labs concealer came recommended as well – just not as much as the foundation!

Ilia Foundation and Concealer Stick – One of my friends says that she swears by this foundation stick and that it takes her 30 seconds to apply in the car. She also recommended the Rare Beauty Bronzer Stick.

Rare Beauty Mascara – This is the mascara I swear by. I don’t know what Selena Gomez put in her Rare Beauty products but everything I try from her is a 10/10
