GoNanas Banana Bread: 3 Step Banana Bread ready in 20 Minutes
You know how you’ll see baking kits in the grocery aisle that promise easy and also health factors like (vegan free, gluten free, etc) and you’re like no chance this is going to taste good then?
My world was shook when I discovered GoNanas Banana bread mix. All you have to do is literally mix bananas, syrup, milk, and oil together – pop it in the oven for 20 minutes, and you have delicious banana bread.
And if you’re wondering about the taste and texture because it’s gluten-free, egg-free, peanut-free, and tree-nut-free—don’t. I took these to a Superbowl party, and literally NO ONE believed me because they were so moist and flavorful.
GoNanas Banana Bread now comes in different flavors from the original to chocolates chip to blueberry and tons of other flavors. They’ve even expanded into pancakes and cookies, which I need to try!
It’s become my favorite Sunday tradition to have these ready for snacking throughout the week. I’ve also been known to pop them in the oven before having guests over so the apartment smells delicious.
Why I Love GoNanas Chocolate Chip Banana Bread?
I go back and forth between flavors, but this week I made the GoNana’s Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Mix and as I type this I’m enjoying one of the little muffins I made.
You can make these mixes in a traditional loaf form or with a muffin pan. I like to do the muffin route because they make them easy to grab on the go as well as less mess because you don’t have to cut the slices up.
How many servings in 1 bag?
This makes one muffin pan’s worth (12 muffins) or one loaf. For me, it’s perfect to get through the week when it’s just me! If I bring them to a friend’s for a get-together, I usually get 2 bags.
Ingredients Needed
The chances that I have all the ingredients needed already on hand are always so high which is why I love these mixes. There’s nothing more annoying than wanted to bake something but you’re missing half the ingredients.
Depending on the flavor of the mix, you’ll need a different number of bananas so definitely keep an eye out on that. Other than that though the ingredients that you bring out from your cabinet are about the same.
For the GoNanas Chocolate Chip Banana Bread mix all you need is
- 3 bananas
- Maple Syrup (I usually use honey because that’s what’s on hand)
- Oil (I usually use avocado oil because I’m too lazy to melt coconut oil)
- Milk of choice (I usually do coconut milk but have done dairy when that’s on hand. I personally like it better with the coconut milk)
- Substitutions and Add-ins: You can also have so much fun with this by adding in other ingredients. I’ve added raspberries to this chocolate chip mix before, and it was so good!
Other GoNanas Banana Bread Flavors
