WEEK ONE: MONEY MINDSET
Oh hey! Welcome to SPRINT TWO! This week we're laying the foundations to get clear on your money mindset so that once you start implementing the strategies you learn throughout the remainder of the program, you don't have the money blocks getting in the way of seeing success!
IMPORTANT: When you download your workbooks, make sure that you save it to your computer before you begin typing into the boxes. If you type in the boxes while it's open in your browser, it will NOT save.
WEEK TWO: TREAT YOUR BUSINESS LIKE A BUSINESS, NOT A HOBBY
This daily practice was designed to help you integrate the work that you do in this sprint into your day-to-day. Sometimes it's easy for us to do the "homework" and then forget about it after it's done. This daily practice allows you to integrate what you've accomplished in the homework so that it is long-lasting.
RESOURCES FOR SPRINT TWO
Tapping has been an incredible tool for me to overcome limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. Tapping doesn't have to take long and can really be done anywhere where you can sit down. Brad Yates is my go-to guide when it comes to tapping and below are some of my favorite tapping videos
This is a recording of affirmations I created for myself. You can have this playing in the background while you work or you can create your own. If you choose to create your own, choose your affirmations based on the limiting beliefs that you are trying to bust through. Make sure they're positive and don't have negative words in them. You can use Quicktime (free with Macs) to quickly record it and save it to your computer and phone!
Use this visualization first thing in the morning when you wake up to help you kickoff your day as your next level self. The key here is to tap into the FEELINGS of what it feels like to embody her more importantly than the visualizing itself.
MONEY TRACKING SPREADSHEET
Here's an example of the money tracking worksheet that I use for my money dates every Friday morning. You can use this one or create your own and use inspiration from this worksheet. I recommend completing this worksheet in its entirety first, then seeing which parts of it you want to keep.
