5 Online Workouts to Try This Week
Raise your hand if you don't feel like going to the gym, but are really getting the urge to workout.
Or maybe you just moved to a new city and haven't found a gym or studio you like yet, but don't want that be the excuse as to why you're not moving your booty.
Or maybe you like working out weird hours that you can't find a gym for.
Or maybe you're just not getting your money's worth at the gym and it's time to cancel.
It's 2017. It's the aquarian age. Everything is at our fingertips. Including every workout under the sun that you could imagine.
Today I'm breaking down online workouts that get results (and I know this because either I've done them myself or have friends who swear by them).

Last month, I teamed up with MJ Fintess boutique to do their Flexy program. You can read all about it here, here and here. Here's how it works, you sign up for the program and you'll receive your workouts in two sets. Week one you'll get the daily workouts for weeks 1 and 2 and then week 3 you'll get the workouts for weeks 3 and 4. This is really helpful if you like planning ahead. No joke, I put in each day in my Trello board to keep track. You'll get descriptions for each workout along with a guide that includes nutrition tips and pictures of how to do the different workouts. There are also videos on their YouTube channel that show you exactly how to do it safely.
One thing that really makes this program stand out compared to others that you would do online is that you actually get 1:1 attention. You get assigned a trainer and twice a week you do check in with them through your preferred method of contact. I chose via email.

I signed up for Tone It Up in 2014 and I was so hesitant about signing up for the paid membership (one-time payment for a lifetime) and now, 3 years later I'm still getting really awesome updated content so it ended up being WAYYYYY worth it.
That's one of the reasons why I like it so much because at least 2 times a year I'm getting really in-depth new content (workouts, recipes, etc.) and I already paid for it 3 years ago so it just feels like winning the lottery every time.
The other thing that I really like is how their workouts aren't too long and go by so fast. Seriously, I've never been in a class or done any other workout that goes by as fast and gets real results. They do free challenges, so if you're not ready to sign up for the whole thing, sign up for a challenge first!

Ok, so I've only done Kayla's Free 7 days of the BBG (Bikini Body Guide) and from what I got out of it was that it was very similar to the workouts and meals I was getting from Tone It Up. The main difference was that the app is REALLY in-depth which I thought was super cool. And that was when it first launched so I'm sure now it's gotten some really cool updates. The thing that made me say goodbye at the end of the 7 days was that I had Tone It Up. If I didn't, I could have easily been sold on the app.

Brett Larkin's yoga videos are one of the best things I've come across this year. Brett has full-length yoga classes on her YouTube channel and also has challenges and paid programs (including Yoga Teacher Training) on her site.
I recommend you start here and scroll through. The list includes not on youtube videos along with her most popular ones.

Barre 3 is an online workout community that includes full-length classes that you can do from home. I can only vouch for the in person Barre 3 class I took, but the instructor was awesome, the music was great and the 45-minute class FLEW by.
From what I can see you get live real time advice from instructors and new workouts every week.
